Susan Sutton has lived in the Madison area for over 30 years , and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a BS in Social Welfare. She also holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX. She is a licensed real estate agent, a member of the NAR and WRA, Institute For Luxury Home Marketing, and has professional certifications in home pricing, PSA, and negotiations, RENE, Smart Home Technology, and is a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) for those looking for homes outside of Wisconsin and the U.S.
